Information About Germantown Friends School



Germantown Friends School is one of the most academically rigorous schools in the country. Its transcripts state that A and B are honors grades.  According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, it had the highest average SAT scores in the Philadelphia Region.  The "average" student at Germantown Friends goes to a highly selective college. Germantown Friends was rated among the highest in the nation for admissions to extremely selective colleges  in a Wall Street Journal study.  AP courses are not offered at Germantown Friends School.
